Please note that all pinball mods sold on this website are made by hand and to order. There is a lead time between 2 to 3 weeks for each batch. This time frame may vary depending on customer demand, product manufacturing which may include and not limited to 3rd party suppliers.
We will contact you if your order is taking longer.
RETURNS
WARRANTY
Please be sure to contact us directly within 30 days (see limited warranty) if you are having any problems with our products, as we always endeavour to resolve any issues quickly. Please contact AERO PINBALL to obtain approval before any items can be returned for repair or replacement. All materials, electronic boards, cables, etc. must be included when the product is returned. We will repair or replace/exchange components based on our analysis of the problem.
AERO PINBALL reserves the right to deny any return or exchange. Refunds are not given. Freight will be covered by AERO PINBALL on the return trip back to you only.
AERO PINBALL offers a LIMITED WARRANTY. The LIMITED WARRANTY covers for defects in electronic board for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the purchased product. During the warranty period AERO PINBALL will replace or repair at its sole discretion. Any defective product is to be returned to us by the first original purchaser.
The warranty does not cover for problems that results from damage during postage, accidental damage or misuse or problems with electrical power. The warranty does not cover the uses not in accordance with the installation or instruction manual, nor does it cover for commercial use of the product. The warranty does not cover damage to any items used in conjunction with the product or pinball mod purchased. The warranty specifically excludes products for Aero Pinball has not received payment.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary based on your locality. Aero Pinball’s responsibility for defects in material and workmanship shall be limited to repair and/or replacement as set forth in this warranty. All express and implied warranties, including but not limited to, any implied warranties and warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. We do not accept liability for incidental or consequential damages, or for any third party claims for damages against the retail purchaser of this product.
We do not accept liability for any personal injury caused by the use of this product. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this may not apply to you. To exercise your rights under this warranty, contact us at aeropinball@gmail.com.
